[ link to en.wikipedia.org (secure)] There are many different races there - Arabs, Jews, Persians, Afghans, Pakis, East Indians, Chinese, Japanese, Koreans, Vietnamese etc. The Middle-Easterners/West Asians are totally different from the Vietnamese/East Asians. Different race, physical appearance, language, culture, religion etc. So it is not racism as you wrongly infer.
