I wasn't saying that babies, and adults, won't be affected in hospitals during a black out. Of course they will be. The point I was trying to make is that "babies in Incubators" will immediately get associated with Maduro, and that it's all his fault, when at the moment, none of us really know for certain where the blame lies in regards to this unprecedented (worst in Venezuelas history) power outage. I, and some others here (and many people in 'the west') suspect foul play from those who want to topple Maduro. While some others don't think that. But we've been there already.
