THIRD ELECTRO STATION EXPLOSION#UPDATE: Los Farallones substation in Ciudad Bolivar, Venezuela has now overloaded & exploded due to an unknown cause. Earlier today Sidor substation similarly exploded into a ball of flames causing an extension of the ongoing mass blackout- via @VPITVVIDEO [link to twitter.com (secure)]  Quoting: Watchout well, that finishes off the Electric Infrastructure, i guess the municipal water supplies are next.
