My understanding is the damage to Venezuela electricity infrastructure is so severe it could literally take weeks, possibly months to repair.

This is what happens when you let Commie fucktards run your country in to the ground. Russia 1991 springs to mind.

From this point on Venezuela will descend in to all out civil war. No electricity, and running water will bring complete social breakdown. Rioting, and looting will begin for increasingly scarce resources.

Maduro will no longer be able to govern properly. His Police thugs, and criminals will roam around in armed gangs stealing, murdering,settling old scores.

The only country that can save Venezuela with its resources now is United States.

I personally would let Venezuela stew for just a few more days before intervening.

Soften them up a bit more,It make them more receptive to US Aid and assistance,if the population are physically spent from lack of water couple with malnutrition.

At this point the arrest of Maduro can not be far off. Maduro inner circle must be realizing that Maduro is finished, and be seriously considering changing sides with good financial reward and future guaranteed.

Guaido should also ask the LIMA group to send peace keeper forces from Columbia and Brazil to help police Venezuela and stop the social unrest.It looks better cosmetically coming from direct neighbors than a direct US military intervention.
