Mike Pompeo, Secretary of State of the United States, comments this Monday on Venezuela due to the blackout that has affected the whole national territory since last Thursday afternoon.

"Patients in hospitals are dying, food is rotting, communications are collapsing," denounces Pompeo at a press conference at the US Department of State.

"PDVSA is a personal ATM for the Maduro regime. Today, the US sanctioned a bank based in Russia that tries to evade the sanctions imposed on PDVSA, "he said.
