Everyone should read this, take a close look as the Wikileaks document (leaked Stratfor emails) that the first hyperlink in the article takes you to . . very damming [ link to thegrayzone.com (secure)]  [ link to twitter.com (secure)] . . . and see that looting in light of the following: (from leaked emails from Stratfor, from 2010) . . This could be the watershed event, as there is little that Chavez can do to protect the poor from the failure of that (electicity) system. This would likely have the impact of galvanising public unrest in a way that no opposition group could ever hope to generate. At that point in time, an opposition group would be best served to take advantage of the situation and spin it against Chavez (now Maduro, in 2019) and towards their needs.
