Report by @franciscoamarin that tonight on national tv in #Venezuela, #Maduro said electrical blackout was caused by “large flying devices” sent by the U.S. that perched on antennas & began to emit electromagnetic energy. [ link to twitter.com (secure)] Quoting: NOFAKE   Prolly true. Highly likely advanced drone warfare.. localized emp burst to transformers would do it.. all transformers are is a capacitor.. to direct an outside current would overload and cause malfunction. End result explosion...
