Venezuela’s opposition leader is rolling out the welcome mat to foreign investors who want a piece of the world’s largest oil reserves.

I think it was RT? or maybe a business piece on Bloomberg? Sounds right. I noticed that one of the speakers at the conference mentioned in that article was Ricardo Hausmann. Juan Guaido named Harvard University economist Ricardo Hausmann as the country's representative to the Inter-American Development Bank. Don't know if you saw it, but there was a video doing the rounds in you tube a few weeks ago. It got lots of views. This one I mean. The girl speaking in the video is the daughter of Ricardo Hausmann.
