That's Maduro's doing. He was stealing everything from the people for his own greed, and didn't bother with their infrastructure, including those old, old water pipes. Maduro needs to go. Guaido will only be president for one month, and then comes a democratic election of whomever the people want. I just hope Maduro is in jail by then.
