not sure how to post pictures on here as never posted before but my Co worker posted a video she took on fb of a ton of military vehicles parked in down town Corpus Christi by our port area. Any ideas what is going on?????

When looking at the video again they are sand colored and it looks like construction vehicles bulldozers backhoes ect really large stuff n in an odd location in a pay for parking lot across from our baseball feild wall builders? grave diggers?
