If you took his entire salary of 10 million and divided it equally to all 67,000 employees of Dunkin Donuts... they would get an 8 cents per hour raise or about $150 more per year.

Dunkin Donuts makes about 350 million per year in profit. If you divided that evenly among the employees, that would be a $2.72 per hour raise.

Maybe start you own Donut company, you can call it Fair Wages Donuts or Fair Donuts if that's catchier, there you pay them a minimum of $15.

yes, and you would always have the same few empolyees that you started with, becuase you spent all your profits and gave it to them each year, and your company would never grow, become stagnant, and fail.
