If I ran a business, I would divide the profits EVENLY among ALL employees every year. I wouldn't sit on my ass and collct MILLIONS of dollars for myself.

Do you understand now why the CEO is pissed???  he doesn't, but i'll answer, it's because it will take more than $2.72 to bump everyone up to $15, therefore this will cost the company more profits than they make, and result in bankruptcy. then OP will be bitching he can't eat his donuts every morning.
