Well....In a trapped situation, I would probably do that. Hope I wouldn't throw it up though. But...  pinch your nose, close your eyes, and chug! easy peesy lol I would think the first time would be the hardest. be aware also that it would be a stop gap measure your body will use the liquid more and more until there is no pee, so you still have to try to get out of the predicament you're in asap.
