Who can sleep? Insomnia is a bitch.

I reported some of the more abusive posts from the VZ thread. Any AC talking to a registered user like that should be permanently IP banned, IMHO.

Some that were aimed at me? If so, thank you very much! I didn't report any of them but sure got some red!

Did you notice the one who said he was going to log in to red me? He did so - did not sign it, and returned to thread as an AC. Nice.

I'm very sorry you have insomnia! Any particular reason?

I asked you recently if you would give your location - as general as you like, and told you I am in WA state out on the coast.

I've had problems sleeping ever since I was a kid. Can't shut my brain off.

I live in Indianapolis. My wife and I have been to Seattle and camped in Olympic National Park, although that's probably been 15 years ago now.

I'm really glad you have been in this area and enjoyed the glorious green state and mild weather!! Indianopolis sounds very hot in summer and way too cold and snowy in winter. But if it is home to you, if you are happy there, that is the right place for you, as this is the right place to me after a couple continents and many states.

Not much happening in the VZ thread tonight - I promised myself I'd do my best to be quiet in there, and haven't said a word.

One of the trolls from there last night spammed us here twice in succession tonight. I deleted one and reported one. Should have reported both, but didn't know how fast mods were working. Some very bad people there, as on several other threads.

I had the same problem with sleep as a child, so I started practicing to see how many different tracks my brain could run on at one time. Had great fun doing it, would fall asleep eventually. Don't recall if I got up to fifteen or twenty-four or what it was before I got tired of it. Didn't know til later adulthood that most people don't and can't do that.

Might try it for fun - could help you sleep. Also gives you something to focus your mind on so it isn't endlessly rolling on other matters.

Best wishes with it!
