So far I stuffed my face...and I put away 10 roast & mushroom meals in the freezer, and I still have a butt-load in the tray in the fridge. I don't think I'm thru half of it yet.
I even put the beef fat/drippings in ziplock bags (in freezer) for beef-noodle soup at some later date. Or I could make gravy out of it.
What a task it has been!
