When the stuff hits the fan and you can not get your blood pressure meds, 1 teaspoon a day of vinegar will work to lower your high blood pressure. Its an old remade that has been passed down to me from people that practiced this method.  Excellent to know! Especially since SHingTF will raise BPs, no doubt. Walmart has the good organic type. Highly recommended by many. That's cider vinegar, not white. White is for cleaning and like that.
