Imagine being able to give information over low power FM radio that everyone has access to, legally. And, maybe it gets ramped up during an emergency? C'mon, everyone can tune into AM/FM radio, even if they have to go to their car.

It's an exciting project, one that I imagined years ago. Now there is a project to make it happen.
