Well, have they?
I find it odd they would give people their month of foodstamps like 2 weeks early.... Are they Planning on no Feb foodstamps? That would be the only explanation I can think of. Why not just hold the funds until the normal payout? Why do it so early?

A couple states did it last year but have also done it before that. You could also file a claim if you lost food due to power outages and what not. Yeah that's right. You're too poor to afford food so we give it to you free and you're too poor to afford a generator or to run it for a few weeks and lose that free food you get reimbursed for the loss...
