Have food stamps ever been given early like that?

Thank you for posting this as suddenly yesterday, Jan. 23rd I had my usual allotment of FB/SNAP!!! I was concerned, particularl with all that's going on in D.C., so I tried calling my social service #, but had to leave a message.
I won't know what's happening until Feb. 4th, the usual day I get funded and I'm betting it will be zero.
I've always said that revolutions begin when people are hungry/starving and I know that at 12:01 am, 24-hour Walmarts are jumping with food stamp customers.
Interesting times to say the least.

Yes, I dont remember when but there was a time before I was reading, when a storm or something of that nature was coming and I believe it said they gave them early

They will issue them early so you can hurricane prep. A couple states did it last year but have also done it before that. You could also file a claim if you lost food due to power outages and what not. Yeah that's right. You're too poor to afford food so we give it to you free and you're too poor to afford a generator or to run it for a few weeks and lose that free food you get reimbursed for the loss...

I'd recommend go shopping asap and do so smartly. Get what will make the most meals and last the longest. Just in case.

As far as I know, these are for February though early. There won't be any more for February but these.

They shouldn't count on any in March. The dems will make sure no deal is done. They want their base of the free shit army to put it all on President Trump.
