Scotland's former First Minister Alex Salmond arrested, to appear in court Thursday

Should be for Holly Grieg but its for two sexual harassment allegations made against him.

The Hollie Grieg story was rubbish if you looked into it in depth, and was promoted by some very shady people to try to discredit genuine cases of abuse.

Same with the Hampstead Kids story and low an behold, it was the same people pushing that one too.

you might be right about the hijacking of these situations but isn't that par for the course when these things kick off, kinda control the narrative,

with regards to Hollie ,what tells the story more is the events at the supreme Court , the judge declared the mother Schizophrenic and unable to give testimony ( first time ever in a british court, and no doctor or expert witness to validate the declaration,way beyond the level of power and ability of what they can do)
the jury also broke came back after 7 mins with a deliberation that took 40 mins to read ( pre-written)
and the private security team waiting for them outside after the court dismissed...…. all wrapped up if you ask me

Same deal with Dunblane.. 100 year D-notice , Early officers on site were masons ( pulled in from miles away as well, not local cops ), the Chief super intendant for stirling printed an apology in the Stiling Observer saying he put Thomas forward for membership of the Lodge( best way for him to get a gun)

trust me... see after a while living in Scotland, you can smell their tactics from a fucking mile away.

I have no idea what you have been told but it certainly isn't what really happened.

There was no jury in Hollie's case, and the judge said no such thing about the mother and was totally fair to her in spite of all the antics that were pulled (re: Belinda Mckenzie and co in BOTH Hollie's and the Hampstead Kid's mothers court appearances).

The judge ordered that Hollie stay with the mother on condition that she stop publicly parading her around the country on tv and radio and to just go live her life with her instead.

Dunblane is a whole other story as something for sure was covered up there, hence to 100 year rule.

He could be charged with separatism like the former leaders of Catalonia in Spain. You may call me an idiot, but it is quite clear for me.

Catalonia isn't a country in its own right though, unlike Scotland.

The charge is Contempt of Court I think.

Could be something to do with his recent Court victory.

We will find out soon enough. Maybe THEY are out to get him, maybe not.

Then why have they not just said it was contempt or something else as trivial? Why the secrecy?

The only person that abused those kids was Abraham Christie, the boyfriend of the mother.

He tortured them into telling a story and they were frightened to death of him. Once out of his clutches, and confronted with proof their story didn't add up, the said he had made them say those things.

What case against the father? He was working offshore most of the time and when he was at home, they were always out in other's company. The only person who was left alone with her for any abuse to have taken place with is her uncle (who committed suicide).

I don't often get them, usually if it is a big event it is more clear.

Afraid we will have to disagree about this one.

I've seen believers in the story justify Abraham's abuse of them (just so it enforces the original told story rather than the actual evidence) and if that doesn't give people pause for thought then they should explain how the fresh cuts and bruises on their bodies were done by the father when they hadn't seen him for 3 months.

Or explain the child pornography on his (Abraham's) phone.

All you have to do is ask if you would let the children back into his 'joint' care (because the mother chose him over her children).

Oh and let's not forget that he drugged them too.

He is an evil and wicked man and the mother doesn't deserve those kids for allowing him to physically and mentally torture them.

I know your heart is in the right place MsMc, but those two cases I have spent many years getting to know at very in-depth levels, and most people only believe the original stories and refuse to even listen to the actual real facts of case, many of which were ignored (or hidden) by those involved.

Child abuse is such a touchy subject which plays on people's emotions, and innocent people get hurt (and in some cases killed) when the story that sounds too good to be true is exactly that.

I was expecting this to be raised again.

I do not like the man but if anything Salmond was guilty of ignorance at worst.

As a side note the above mentioned peadoteacher had been looking at tattoo removal companies hours after this story broke.

I spoke to a first responder at Dunblane, she later wrote a book that was banned in the UK. She was married to a parent who lost his daughter.

The firearms unit at Stirling was told to stand down while en route to Dunblane. As a matter of procedure, they would be required to secure the scene in case of a second shooter or inaccurate reports that the shooter was dead or detained.

Then you have Lockerbie, and Shirley Mckie etc
