I think people need what ever they earn, and not a penny more, or less. If you earn it, you should be allowed to keep it. If you don't earn it, you do not need, or deserve it. The disabled should be taken care of by charities, not the government. Taking money from those that earn it to give to those that did not, is not charity, it's theft.
