When kids in my early years got measles, the kids just weathered the disease and it passed to develop a natural immunity. Why is this not the procedure now? That seems safer than a vaccine seems to be.

I had both kinds of measles as a child in the 1950's, as did every other kid in the school. It wasn't fun, but we got through it. Once you have it, you are immune for life, same for mumps.

I must say, though, I have never seen measles that looked like what was on that kid's chest in the youtube video... have they weaponized it? Jeez....

For my generation, it was chicken pox. Almost every kid got it, and it wasn't a very big deal. Now there's a vaccine for it. It came out when I was in my late teens I think.

My sister had it, but I never got it, or my immune system was so strong that it beat it down without a noticeable outbreak.

What is causing people to be freaked out (rightfully so) by all of this is that there is intimidation and shaming of anyone without a vaccine. Why would anyone with the vaccine care? They are protected, right? So either they are scared that the vaccine is useless and still push it or they are behind the poisoning.
