My Brother

My brother has always been very competitive, quite athletic and driven.

He's always been in the top 5% of pretty much everything he's put himself into. Business, money, kids, sports... You name it.


He got into playing Pickleball a couple years back and has become a regional champion of sorts At 55 years old, that is a big accomplishment.

I've never stepped on a pickleball field, and probably wouldn't know how to pickle a ball.


He laughed that this last tournament would probably be his last though, and when I asked why? I had to laugh at his answer.

He said, that "it just felt silly to spend $60 to play in a tournament to win a $5 trophy."

I told him I am certain Will Rogers would agree.
