HUNNY wondering wanderer User ID: 76982779 United States 01/29/2019 06:47 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | We had people canceling like crazy for today. Tomorrow will be the day to worry As our overpasses freeze. Being 90 miles from atlanta, our hotels will fill up and I just looked outside and it looks like a normal cold day. Schools cancelled.. businesses closed, what a mess! But on the upside, I got my first 2 grandchildren out of last year's snow storm and I know at least 10 babies born out of last january storm. Soooo...should be interesting around here in about a month! I did call my children and warn them, so it's on them. As they told me yesterday, they are grown adults, not young kids, .....so we will see, 😂🤣 I told them to pick up extra protection with their milk and bread for this snow event. They seemed offended? Does no one have a sense of humor anymore?? Jesus is the WAY. |

Were giving out claymore’s so they could blast their way outta their home and driveway if the snow got too deep. You’d be surprised at the fuckers that believe that and go, lolz. nutmeg User ID: 76388104 United States 01/29/2019 08:04 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Are you aware what a "state of emergency" is for a state? It simply means that the governor can utilize whatever help he can get if needed....National Guard to help, etc. He can tell people to stay off the roads. Employees aren't punished by employers if they miss work. I read that Alabama might get snow and ice. Not good for a state that probably doesn't have a fleet of salt trucks and plows. You want everyone off the road. I'm in the northeast, and I don't drive in ice or 3-4 inches of snow! Not worth my life. The main roads, turnpike, interstates, etc., are usually cleared, but other roads might not be. Last Edited by nutmeg on 01/29/2019 08:07 AM |

So now that I have the day off, I’m going back to sleep. Quoting: Zedakah It’s not even that cold outside here. I got up at my regular time and got ready for work. I wasn't notified until 6:45. Quoting: Revbo™ It’s pandemonium! Total bust. No snow and they never caught the fugitive. Presumably, the Lucky Charms and Mt. Dew didn’t make it, either.
