I was looking through the job listings in Craigslist today and spotted this ad. If I had the experience, I would love to go just to see it.

All found, what you gonna spend it on? 6 months at $377/week = a nice stash of $9802 to come back to. Add to that you get to put the coolest place in the world on your CV. If I was a US citizen and my teeth were up to it I'd jump at the chance.

If I had the institutional cleaning experience they want, me too. And they have 13 month contracts. That's around $20,000.

If you think you might want to work in Antarctica, you have GOT to read this web site, The Big Dead Place
[link to www.bigdeadplace.com]

It is all experiences of people working there, and is very, very funny. Kind of scary too with all the psychological testing they do and the corporate atmosphere. And some really funny stuff about BOOZE as you would expect since there is nothing else to do there but drink.
