If you want to increase your brain function, ease of focus and concentration, this natural herb is for you.
I found out about this herb about 6 years ago, been taking it on and off since (sometimes long periods off just because I don't make a point of buying some).
I take it in capsules, and when I do, within 2 days, my mind is sharper, more focussed in thought, less internal noise/thoughts jumping around, faster reflexes, stronger intuition, it's quite prominent the change that occurs.

Just like many herbs, if you look online for info about them, there are often wild exaggerated claims for some of them, so I wanted to give my own honest opinion about this herb after ingesting it, and share the positive, noticeable results.
I hope some people on here buy some, and try it out themselves.
