An additional lagniappe Benzodiazepine love story. (The dead tell no tales)
From a Mrs. Kimberly Ann.

"My son died in May of 2011. Apparently, he was prescribed Klonopin beginning a few months before his death by the neighborhood drug pedaling doctor. He was being treated for nerve damage/pain due to an injury to his arm just months before his death.

He was 28, a funloving, outgoing,
family oriented happy young man with 2 young sons and a baby on the way. He was fully engaged with his children and absorbed in his family and friends.

After a few months of being prescribed this medication, he became argumentative, angry, depressed. Noone understood why.
He committed suicide, which seems ridiculous given his usual character.

Within maybe a year or so of his death, 2 other family friends (ages 18, early 20s) also suddenly died of an overdose.
After hearing of several more very young drug related deaths/near deaths within the same neighborhood area, I'm told many had the same PCP.( Primary Care Physician)
Sadly, the devastation from these tragedies are far reaching."

Gee, I wonder how that happened.

Here's another great confessional, from a Ms. Jennifer.

"I took Klonopin as prescribed...three years...I went through withdrawals that are so frightening I would not want anyone to experience it. I weaned off slowly and for 5 years I was recovering. My nervous system has never been the same. I had seizures that kept me up for days, shit green that I can't tell you what exactly it was, peed every 15 minutes, I was so sensitive to light and sound I could barely leave the house some days, had an infection for 2 years that no doctor could get rid of, I could barely turn my head from chronic dizziness, I became intolerant of most supplements and medications and could not take many at all and still can not take some due to the extremes sensitivities, some days my brain felt so fried I could hardly get through my days at work it was like being spaced out times 1,000... I cried endlessly wishing I had never taken it and there was such little support at the time I joined an online support group for protracted withdrawal.....I could go on and on...do what you want, believe what you want but research, pay attention...this is a drug that can affect many in different ways. And no I did not abuse it. I stopped taking it as after the dose was increased over and over, I began to have side affects and it no longer helped anxiety so it was pointless to continue. I have been on the entire drug crew of drugs for depression and anxiety. This drug was a nightmare. I no longer take any. Am I suggesting this for everyone...of course not...but don't write the info off to defend your drug..there are many out there..pick a different one if you can...other benzos did not affect me this way. If you are happy on Klonopin....work with a doctor that understands how this drug can be difficult to withdrawal from so that your Brain and nervous system are not damaged as well as your sense of well being, as you make that change."

Hmm, what a surprise. NOT.

Another one bites the dust.

David Stojcevski

"David Stojcevski, who was 32 at the time of his death, is another now-deceased inmate in Michigan who was serving time for a traffic ticket, in another gruesome story. Stojcevski was on prescribed Xanax, and several other medications, and died 16 days into his 32-day sentence. His death and the preceding events were caught on video, which illustrates the excruciating, deadly process that benzodiazepine withdrawal can facilitate."

Hmm, how'd that happen? I can't even imagine.

It took Mr. Stojcevski 16 days of Benzo Withdrawal to die.

That's only 2 days less than it took Mr. John Patrick Walter to die from the same exact type of Withdrawal. His story is more intricate though, and also involved him smashing his body into the wall so hard that he broke multiple bones in his body.

I thought these drugs were relatively harmless and innocuous substances, what happened? lol

Yeah, and you thought it was just fun and games. Hope you had a good funeral with a sufficient showing.

For many with little to no family and no money, they just put you in the oven, and then likely throw your ashes in the trash, like they threw all those 9/11 victim's remains in the city dump.

Hose it down, and Mickey is waiving at the kids again. Or perhaps in this case, stick it in the crematorium, and falsify the toxicology report.
