They are demonic. This woman wants to allow abortions for any reason up to the point of natural birth. By using the stipulation "damage the mental health of the woman" means it could be for any reason. The woman could say her "mental health" would be negatively impacted because the thought of raising the child for the next 18 years stresses her out.

How long before these people start pushing for post-birth abortions? Maybe the baby is born and it is ugly. The mother decides that raising an ugly baby would damage her mental health. They would insist it is not a real human yet because it can't survive on its own without care.

As a mom who had a child 5 weeks early -- I can assure that babies are very much alive, and ensouled at this time. My preeemie, that these assholes would not have considered "human", is now a martial arts champion, and an honor student.

Next these demons will pass legislation allowing others to make the decisions for the pregnant women, since they surely have been rendered mentally incapable of decision making brought on by the hormones of pregnancy. They will insist the babies be aborted because they have some DNA trait the law maker demons have decided is linked to being criminal.
