No it isn't. The chair is at the same angle in both videos. The fake video was refilmed off a screen to hide imperfections, resulting in perspective distortion.

Then why is the Erdogan higher quality and contain additional segments that were blocked on her fake UN video? Concluding the lower quality and incomplete video is the real one isn't rational, you just want to believe it, but that only discredits the whole UFO movement as poorly researched hoax promoting bullshit.

and equipment where as the smuggled video was secretly recorded on a low

quality concealable camera. Obviously

I haven't seen any one definitively prove which one was truly manipulated other

than a side by side comparison of the two videos which cannot conclusively prove

which video is fake - just that they are same but different.

What do you mean "obviously?" The motions of the dude behind her are exactly the same in both views. It's the same event dude, you can't create a higher quality fake from a lower quality off-screen recording. It makes no sense. This is the kind of obstinate shit that gets UFOlogy thrown in the trash.

AND FINALLY - I was also disturbed that at the the beginning of both videos

when erdogan reaches the podium he adjusts the light or mic in front of him and the woman never makes that movement. I don't know much about cgi or video editing but it would seem to me that the woman is much smaller and leaves a smaller footprint than Ergodan and it would be a lot easier to use a bigger character to overwrite a smaller one when creating a fake video.

Read the thread. As I already said, they froze changes to the podium in the frame before he walks up. It's not hard to do with video editing. And yes, they are shot from the same angle. The hoax video is filmed off of a monitor, producing perspective distortions. It's another common hoax method to mask imperfections in the editing.

I'm on the site too, and I despise hoaxes of this nature. It discredits anyone associated with UFO research.

I was going by earlier video comparisons. I see your point there.

After reviewing all available data regarding this film, my highly skilled team of researchers has reached a conclusion.
