I think the anomaly is busy running the one world government in his own head. Empowering some facets of himself, dissolving unwanted and no longer needed personas, realigning/wiring his energy meridian points, and thrusting into the fire some parts of himself that need purifying.
That is the one world government he is concerned with, the one within himself.
In turn, the exterior world will change/vibrate reasonate in subtle sync with him.

In these times we should be more concerned about our own governing within and without than governing others. Letting go of the illusory world and being reborn in the one promised to come.
