On the surface, yes. Underneath is a deep racial hatred of whites. The parallels to Weimar are unmistakable. Did you know that the famous Nazi book burning pictures were taken outside of the so called "sexology institutes"? The NSDAP youth brigades raided them and dragged their libraries out into the street to be burned. Included was research on homosexuality and transgenderism, case studies on transgendered people and "a large number of pictures". You can guess what those pictures were.
