NO MEDICATIONS while fasting.

Do it for 5 days if you can.

No orgasm for 3-5 days before fasting and while fasting.

Nausea and weakness usually means tumor either has grown a lot of spread.

Drink Flor Essence Tea. It takes out tumors and detoxes the whole system. Been around for decades. Original is called Essiac tea. Research it. Drink the max amount.

Get some barley grass capsules as well to alkalize the body and stay off any junk or processed food and watch any electromagnetic pollution (wifi, cell phones, charging cords, power strips, antennas, etc.)
