They are evil geniuses.

They are white supremacists who control the minority votes.

They are all for eugenics but have convinced the populations that they want to decimate that it is all about equality and women's rights.

They're even willing ot sacrifice their own kids (assuming their kids aren't adopter or out right abducted) to further their agenda.

It's demonic as hell but you have to hand it to them it is a well thought out plan for domination.
