Either as main character or "supporting cast"
Blacks represent 13% of the population
Other minorities (Asian/Hispanic/other) represent over 23+% but are not seen nearly as often.
If you never knew the stats, living outside of USA one would guess the ratio is 60% white/40% black population just based on commercials.
