I used to do photography for some large websites. It was tricky. If I didn't include enough diversity, it was bad. If I included shots showing too many POC though, that was bad too. I do not really think about color, but PR peeps are obsessed with it.

Could that part of it is it blacks are starting to come to the job market,and Companies are wanting to catch that new customer.

What universe do you live on? I live in a very white city and there is mixed raced relationships in abundance. Asian/white . Latino/white .. we have no blacks here unfortunately
