I doubt YouTube is personally in charge of the deletions, the NFL is probably running their own bot to decide what comments to delete. Youtube makes that possible through their api. Now whether they also offer deletion bots to major companies as a premium service... That would be interesting to find out.

This is why the establishment wants censorship because they don't want to hear any negative feedback from the public about their products and services they push on the public, They want to go back to pre-internet days where only the establishment's voice is heard and no one else's and they can push anything on the public and not get any feedback. The establishment cannot take criticism or any sort of negative reviews. They are the ultimate snowflakes.

This is a private website, which you agreed to when you first accessed it. If you're going to attack the admins, you're likely going to be escorted out. We allow a lot of leniency here though, much more than the nfl as these sweeping deletions show.

No clue I am not a moderator but they are not as bad as the corporate establishment when it comes to censorship.

This is a private website, you agreed to the terms of this being a private club just to view it. If you don't agree to those terms your alternative is to leave.

How old are you? Pre internet people used to be able to give feedback. We wrote letters to the editor. Then after 911 came the days of commenting on internet newspaper stories. You could still do that anonymously and it was obvious that people could see through the lies are larps. That was before the big print newspapers got wiped out by the internet. Around that time, they began to require sign-ins in order to comment. Then after that came the trolls and bots and now comments are heavily monitored. It seemed like YT video comments were one of the last places you could see honest, genuine comments but now these too are heavily censored and trolled and watched.

No it is not the same. You're not required to agree to the definition of YouTube as a private club in order to even view it. Since you are now contradicting the terms of service you'll be shown the door.

Yes, for rejecting the terms of service. I have no problem with anyone being removed from a site for rejecting the TOS. Not what this is about.
