This is what is working for me. I am not saying it can not be improved or varied. I do not know why or how it is working for sure.

For my wight of 130 lbs I use...

One teaspoon of C60 oil first thing in the morning on an empty stomach in my morning coffee, with milk and sugar.

30 mg of Noopept in the morning an hour or two after the C60 has had time to digest.

50 mg of DMAE mixed in one quart of water consumed over time, the first half of the day.

I have also posted about my regular diet in case that has had an unknown reaction to aid with the c60, dmae and noopept on my healing, my diet did not aid in my healing much before. I think lemon juice helps in an unusual way and be sure to drink lots of water.

How I make my own affordable C60 oil...

One gram of tested quality pure C60 crushed to as fine of powder as possible {I use %99.95 because I can not afford %99.99} added to one pint jar of pure unrefined coconut oil, kept liquid around 75 F, Keep wrapped up and protected from all light, gently shake as often as possible, a few times an hour for 3 to 5 weeks depending on how often you shake it and the size of the particles, until it is dispersed. Allow to settle out, a day or two so any heavy particle sink, pour off the majority, leaving the heavy solution at the bottom to start your next batch.

The most important thing is to get good quality tested real Fullerenes C60, 99.9 % to 99.99 not low grade or charcoal being passed off for c60 or say it is tested when it is was not and not the true stuff. I found the best price was cheaptubes.com and it is tested. It is half the price as others with the same quality. The price is going up for everyone and in high demand, not in stock is normal right now, request to be put on a waiting list for the next shipment.
Where I get mine, if a new order does not test out good enough, they send it back and I wait even longer for the next shipment. Well worth the wait.

Do not consume C60 particles, only the oil.

Hello OP I love this thread cant wait to get going on this. I have one question once the c60 oil has been poured off you say you are using the sediment for the next batch as one should not consume the powder only the oil.My question is how many batches of oil does the original crushed c60 make before you need to start with new c60 TY

You start the next batch with another gram of C60, refill with more coconut oil, and start over.

Two days ago I burned my palm and fingers pretty bad catching a near red hot metal pan I dropped. I did not want to burn my new flooring. It hurt so bad I had to sleep with my hand in a bowl of cold water. The next morning there was no sign of any burn, no pain, no blister, not even a red mark, just a little tender and mild sting in hot water. I was sure I was going to have down time unable to use my hand.
