Choline is recommended for the KETO program to assist with FATTY LIVER that overweight people get...we have been taking it and are just running out...nothing special to report with that addition BUT the whole KETO thing as per Dr Berg (a chiropractor - no skin in the game for BIG PHARMA)...everything is getting better...

we have the c60 but don't take it...fail...no results after a month...taking CBD oil...no results yet on that either...
