Have they put in contingency plans for taking care of puppies and kittens when the waters rise? It would be really bad if they were eaten by sharks.
Someone should do something about this.

If they wind up getting eaten by predatory marine life... oh well I suppose. Especially since the Fukushima radiation has been slaughtering... or rather "cleansing" the world's oceans of all life.
