CBS News Verified account @CBSNews BREAKING: Pope Francis has confirmed reports that nuns have suffered and are still suffering sexual abuse at the hands of Catholic priests and bishops, and even being held as sexual slaves [Video at link] [ link to twitter.com (secure)] Gee, is there anyone with "power" in the Catholic Church who might be able to *do* something about it? I mean, what's a lowly Catholic supposed to do about this. Anyone? Our whole family, who has been traditionally Catholic since.. forever.. have turned our backs on the Catholic church, because of the fake pope francis and all the evils that do go on within and because of that church and the Vatican. :/ We did not stop there. We looked around at other 'organized religions' and churches, and chose to stay away from them all. Sadly. :/ We believe in God our Creator, and become more and more 'spiritual' each day, less and less 'religious'. I and many others believe this verse in the Bible is speaking of the church. Any church, organized 'religion'. Revelation 18:4 KJV “And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her."
