I'm trying to quit & an E-CIG is helping!
I take 2 puffs of an E-cig and I'm good for an hour.
But then there comes a point where I want to hit the E-cig too much so I smoke a half of a real ciggie.
Countering them like this I am now down to 5 ciggies a day & about 20 puffs off the E-cig...and quite comfortably...no pain & mostly no mental freak out!
I REALLY think I will be able to quit this time!
