The Clark County detention center is an interesting place for sure
I pray you get through this as painlessly as possible

When they evicted me from the premises I was told I could stay anywhere that night in any Casinos owned by the same branch I was staying at.. (This list was long) So I picked a hotel downtown.. that's where the detention system is anyway so it would be close for my wife to walk. I have no idea how long we are banned for.. but potentially since the room was on her credit card I could just use mine next time and not have a problem? You got lucky then. Typically if you're kicked off a resort property, you're banned at all of the same by criminal trespass. If you're 'blacklisted' in Nevada completely, you may never enter any gaming establishment, and they use facial recognition to find you in the crowd. I don't know what you guys can't understand.. my name wasn't on the hotel room and i wasn't charged with a crime. I'm just trying to figure out where my wife is banned from and for how long? We're getting it expunged from the record next week.
