Women MUST consider all outcomes and choose the one least offensive to the protagonist because they are relationship and empathetically driven.
Men MUST quietly eliminate most possible solutions in their head and choose the outcome most beneficial to the thing....the company....the board....the integrity of a given thing.
Women drive me nuts. They are not efficient.
