Beer that depends how much do you drink and what type is it.Ginger beer is healthiest Vodka and other higher percentage alcohols cause inflammation and other sort of problems :) that's why I drink vodka only on parties and only one day in week four times a month.Not on daily basis

because they have sugar. even vegetables too but the lowest is in green veggies. I don't worry about nutrition because I get all my vitamins and minerals from liver, sardines and mackerel. everything but meat and low sugar veggies spikes our blood glucose with sugar and it remains in us as stores unless we use it up. the more we eat the more we store it and the harder it is to get it out and keep the level stable.
