Totally agree.
Except I've worked my way up from PT dishwasher to FT head of kitchen prep, and I haven't gotten a raise since in four years.
It's still "just around the corner"
The owner is a multi-millonaire, and now I make 25 cents more than minimim wage.
So.... no, fuck that.
