And I will add I own a HVAC Company. My two top employees received a total of $24,000 + yearly Bonuses.
I can cancel bonuses at anytime, loyalty to me is just looking out for my company. Period.

The top tier guys make 100k. Are you an okie from fanoke?  Perhaps the AC meant $124,000/yr plus bonus.. Now that would get some loyalty.
