You think because you have the power to be a gatekeeper and you hired someone that they just just constantly blow you?
Typically, you hire the best candidate for the job which means they deserve it and got it because they busted their ass to get to that point;they didn’t get it just because YOU decided to hire them.

Sounds like you are drunk off just a tiny bit of power over others

Find some humility and give other credit for their own successes for God’s sakes
