Patsy Cline or Karen Carpenter because both had decades left to make a lot more music and both had unusual voices.

Him and The Bear were night and day vocally. It would have been cool to hear him sing more, he only did "On The Road Again" and "Going Up The Country".

Cliff Burton -

On September 27, 1986, Burton died in a bus accident in Kronoberg County, a rural area of southern Sweden, as the band was touring in support of the Master of Puppets album. He was posthumously inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with Metallica on April 4, 2009.

Hendrix... I feel he would've continued innovating as a musician, and still made good music in his 60s or 70s. Apparently he heard his music getting played by choirs of angels.

And then John Coltrane.

I got a Dimebag story for yuh.

Just after he died, this radio station in Dallas played an interview with him, from the year before.

Among other things, Dime said his old lady started putting his shoes in the freezer when he was drinkin. He said he was always losing his shoes, lol, but she found a solution.

Good call, sir
 Quoting: Wharf Rat

Dime was the only guy I've ever known that could be so drunk that he couldn't stand or talk backstage, and then go onstage & play like a virtuoso... just flawless.

I was just the opposite of guys like that... if I had enough beer to catch a buzz, I forgot the songs... sometimes the solos, sometimes the intros.

And I was the one that wrote them.
