No one is obligated to be a victim. The law is a distant second place to your right to defend what's yours when someone else initiates with criminal intent. I agree, but it's even simpler than that. The second you point a gun at someone, you justify the extinguishing of your life. It's not the job of a concerned witness to wait around and see if you are kidding, or bluffing. They have EVERY RIGHT (and duty) to END the ass of anyone unlawfully threatening another with deadly force.
