Also a negative ratio (dV < 0) was achieved - stunningly visualised by placing a small pendulum clock in the 1:1 field and then manipulating the field -V or 1 : 0.5 or less to see the pendulum actually start to slow down, and thus detaching the motion observed from the gravitational view point of the observers, creating a whole new little universe inside the field with different rules. But, after reading the paper, it seems to me that they are really actually proving quantum mechanics and not necessarily clearly proving time travel on the photon level. But, I would assert that quantum mechanics and proof of it's existence, is simultaneous existence in differential regions, which really equates to time/space transcendence.
